(May. 19 12:01 PM) - FRECKLEFACE THE MUSICAL, the off Broadway family hit based on the popular children’s book “Freckleface Strawberry” by actress Julianne Moore, will close at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center (MMAC Theatre) on Sunday, July 1st following a long run which initially began on October 1st, 2010 at New World Stages. The musical subsequently closed at NWS on April 24th, 2011 and reopened at the MMAC Theatre on November 8th, 2011.

The opening night is scheduled for Thursday, June 7. Food and Fadwa is a co-production with Noor Theatre, a company-in-residence at New York Theatre Workshop.
