59E59 Theaters (Elysabeth Kleinhans, Artistic Director; Peter Tear, Executive Producer) welcomes the return of Fascinating Aida to Brits Off Broadway with the US premiere of FASCINATING AIDA - ABSOLUTELY MIRACULOUS!, written by Dillie Keane and Adele Anderson and directed by Frank Thompson. Produced by Theatre Projects Trust (London) in association with Nick Brooke Ltd., FASCINATING AIDA - ABSOLUTELY MIRACULOUS! began previews on Wednesday, December 16 for a limited engagement through Sunday, January 3. Fascinating Aida swaggers into New York just in time for some Holiday shenanigans. The three-time Olivier Award nominees make a triumphant return to Brits Off Broadway direct from another record-breaking, sold-out tour of over 100 cities and towns in the United Kingdom. Having driven New York audiences wild during the first-ever Brits Off Broadway in 2004, Fascinating Aida returns to entertain sophisticates and cynics prepared to plumb their heights of outrageousness.

Grab an Aidatini and be scandalized as FASCINATING AIDA - ABSOLUTELY MIRACULOUS! unleashes their wicked humor and sensational musical comedy style at the blizzard of Holiday cheer. Imagine "Absolutely Fabulous" meets Noel Coward (but ruder) as sung by the Puppini Sisters and you have some idea of what's in store.

The New York Times calls them "seriously zany!" The Daily Mail simply advises, "See them before you die otherwise your life will be meaningless!"

Fascinating Aida is Dillie Keane, Adele Anderson and Liza Pulman.

Dillie Keane's burgeoning acting career was hijacked by the extraordinary success of FASCINATING AIDA, which started in a wine bar in West End Lane in 1983. With FASCINATING AIDA, Dillie has played five West End seasons: 2003 One Last Flutter at the Comedy Theatre; 1999 in Barefaced Chic at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket; 1997 in It, Wit, Don't Give a Shit Girls at the Vaudeville; 1994/5 at the Garrick and subsequently Apollo Theatres; and in 1987 at the Piccadilly. They have also played six seasons at the Lyric, Hammersmith, one season at the Donmar Warehouse, and toured extensively throughout the UK. In 2002, Dillie wrote the songs for the new musical comedy by Sandi Toksvig, Big Night Out at the Little Palace Theatre, which she starred in at the Palace Theatre, Watford alongside Sandi and Bonnie Langford, and the show broke all box-office records. In 1999 she performed her new one woman show, Back With You in Berlin's premier cabaret venue, the Bar Jeder Vernunft and spent 2000/2001 touring the show in the UK and Germany, and won the Best Comedy Award at the Moers Comedy Festival in 2001. In the Summer of 2001, Back With You performed a sell out season at Pizza on the Park in London and at the Edinburgh Festival, and in January 2002 played a West End season at the Arts Theatre. On television she has appeared in Pie in the Sky; hosted a BBC pilot Truly, Madly, Weekly, as well as numerous guest appearances in programs such as Me and My Girl, as Phil's sidekick in the Phil Cool series, Did You See? and The Truth About Women. Film credits include Deadly Advice and To Die For.

Liza Pulman is a member of the Olivier award nominated Fascinating Aida. Her theater credits include The Black and White Ball (King's Head Theatre), The Fairy Godmother in Cinderella (Theatre Royal, Brighton), The Mother in Take Flight (Menier Chocolate Factory), Mrs Darling in Peter Pan (Bristol Hippodrome), Little Red Riding Hood in Into the Woods (Derby Playhouse), Fanny in Fanny (Sadlers Wells, Lost Musicals Season), Violet in the original cast of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (London Palladium), Emma Fairfax in Doctor Dolittle opposite Philip Schofield (No.1 UK Tour), Adele in Die Fledermaus (Lyric, Hammersmith/Tour), Cathy in Wuthering Heights (European Tour), Brenda Blossom in Hollywood Pinafore (Barbican).
She recently appeared in the current series of "Midsomer Murders" on the BBC.
