LMAO Returns to New York With Limited 2011 Schedule

LMAO_Returns_to_New_York_With_Limited_2011_Schedule_20010101

After a brief hiatus, LMAO, the hilariously interactive musical comedy revue from the cast of Eight Is Never Enough. returns to the Times Square Arts Center (669 8th Avenue, New York, NY 10036), Saturdays (1/15, 1/29, 2/5, 2/19, 2/26) and some Sundays (1/16 and 2/20) at 8pm this Winter. The 90-minute show features a talented cast, many from Broadway, TV and Film, creating original skits and musical numbers. While tickets ($20-50 via OVATION TIX 866-811-4111) require no additional purchase, the theater offers a full bar and food served at your table. VIP Tickets include a beverage from the bar.

LMAO original opened November 2009, but EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH has been making over 3000 audiences laugh since 2002. More than just an exercise in Improvisation, this show is a modern day vaudeville revue with comedy, singing and even dance. The action is fast paced and often spills into the audience. Many from the audience find themselves participating on stage, making this a great destination for groups. You will be surprised which of your friends, family or colleagues gets the nerve to jump on stage, and, unlike most, you can take photos in this theater to blackmail on Facebook the next day.

When not in Times Square the cast can be found touring the Improv shows and workshops at venues and events nationwide. Teaming up with the Comedy Hall of Fame, the talented performers share their art form with NYC high school students.

Special for the colder months, ask about the new CHAMPAGNE COUPLES ticket, offering a romantic evening with VIP seating to selected performances and complimentary bottle of bubbly to get the night started. Perfect for Valentines day!

LMAO (www.lmao-nyc.com) at the Times Square Arts Center, 669 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY 10036 (Between 42nd and 43rd streets, near all Times Square Trains and Busses). RUNTIME 75-90 minutes. Tickets $20-50. (OVATION TIX 866-811-4111) Group Sales 212-568-6560
