After almost two years Off-Broadway and on tour, the hit comedy MISS ABIGAIL'S GUIDE TO DATING, MATING, AND MARRIAGE! will play its final performance at Downstairs Cabaret Theatre at Sofia's (221 West 46th Street) on Saturday, June 30, 2012.

MISS ABIGAIL'S GUIDE... began its Off-Broadway run on October 7, 2010 and officially opened on October 24, 2010. At the time of its closing, it will have played 22 preview performances and 396 regular performances.

MISS ABIGAIL'S GUIDE TO DATING, MATING, AND MARRIAGE! is now available for licensing through Davenport Publishing. Variety proclaims MISS ABIGAIL'S GUIDE... is "everything theatergoers love about New York theatre," and now audiences across the U.S. can enjoy the "big laughs" (Associated Press) and "pure fun" (Entertainment Weekly) as Miss Abigail presents "laugh-out-loud lessons on how to stay afloat in a sea of love" (Harper's Bazaar).

Written by Ken Davenport (Altar Boyz, My First Time) and Sarah Saltzberg (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), MISS ABIGAIL'S GUIDE TO DATING, MATING, AND MARRIAGE! is based on Abigail Grotke's popular book - the comedy's namesake - that promises "classic advice for contemporary dilemmas."

Now starring Christine Pedi (Talk Radio, Forbidden Broadway) in the title role, Miss Abigail is the most sought-after relationship expert to the stars -- think Dr. Ruth meets Emily Post -- and in MISS ABIGAIL'S GUIDE TO DATING, MATING, AND MARRIAGE!, she and her sexy sidekick Paco (played by Eddie Gutierrez) travel the globe teaching her outrageously funny "how-tos" on dating, mating and marriage.

MISS ABIGAIL'S GUIDE TO DATING, MATING, AND MARRIAGE! features scenic design by Hilary Noxon, costume design by Abbi Stern and lighting design by Graham Kindred.
