On Wednesday, March 25, Cherry Lane opened its newest theatre The Cherry Pit on Bank Street, with the Off-Broadway premiere of Deirdre O'Connor's play JAILBAIT -- about two fifteen-year-old girls who spend a night at a Boston club posing as college students.Directed by Suzanne Agins, the cast of playwright Deirdre O'Connor's JAILBAIT includes Kelly AuCoin, Peter O'Connor, Natalia Payne, and Wrenn Schmidt.Guests for opening night included: actress Tamara Tunie ("As the World Turns"), actor Geoffrey Nauffts (CAINE MUTINY COURT-MARTIAL), creator and producer of TV's "Home Improvement" Matt Williams, Dave Dalton, Cherry Lane Artisitic Director Angelina Fiordellisi, Cherry Lane Managing Director James King, and others.JAILBAIT runs through April 25.
