Swift Creek Mill Theatre presents The Sunshine Boys by Neil Simon, now through March 2, 2013. Get a first look at the production in the photos below!
The comedy team of "Lewis and Clark" were top-billed vaudeville headliners for over forty years. Now they aren't even speaking. When CBS requests them for a "History of Comedy" retrospective, a grudging reunion brings Al and Willie back together, along with a flood of memories, miseries, and laughs. "Another hit for Simon in a shrewdly balanced, splendid and rather touching slice of the show-biz life." A masterful comedy by the master of comedy himself! Cast: Willie Clark - John Hagadorn; Al Lewis - Steve King; Eddie - Jesse Mattes; Nurse O'Neill - Diana Carver; Ben Silverman - Dan Stackhouse; Patient - Paul Deiss; and Nurse MacKintosh - Georgia Rogers Farmer. Creative Team: Direction and set by Tom Width, lights by Joe Doran, costumes by Maura Lynch Cravey, and "vaudeville" artwork by Joe Thibodeau. Swift Creek Mill Theatre is located at 17401 Jefferson Davis Hwy. P.O. Box 41 Colonial Heights, VA. TICKETS: Theatre Only: $35.00 (plus service charge); Buffet and Theatre: $50.00 (plus service charge); Senior, Military, Student & Group rates available.
