Palm Beach Symphony To Televise Family Concerts On PBS

South Florida PBS will be the first in the nation to televise Palm Beach Symphony's production of “Eudora's Fable: The Shoe Bird,” an adaptation of Pulitzer Prize winner Eudora Welty's only children's book, “The Shoe Bird.” The concert will be broadcast Sunday, September 11 at 3 p.m. on WPBT and 7 p.m. on WXEL in Palm Beach County.

After over a year and a half of wanting to once again have that experience of walking out of a theatre to the chatter of other patrons commenting on a play, it is ironic that the first time Stratford Festival audiences have the opportunity to do this, they do so in an almost stunned silence after watching a powerful and devastating production of Edward Albee's THREE TALL WOMEN. The small company is stellar in this existential exploration of living, dying, and everything in between. Memories of Martha Henry's performance will linger for days after the cast takes their final bow.
Invisible Theatre Honors 'Golden Angels'

As the Invisible Theatre's 50th Anniversary nears, kudos go out to the many 'angels' that have supported the work of one of Tucson's true treasures. Among this group are the 'Golden Angels', three wonderful women, whose impact in the Tucson community and in the life of Invisible Theatre has been unwavering.

“Stars In The House” will be celebrating Women’s History Month with a line-up of talented, award-winning guest hosts. Anika Larsen will kick things off tomorrow night at 8:00pm PT, followed by Laura Benanti, Krysta Rodriguez, and Brenda Braxton, all in support of The Actors Fund, for which “Stars In The House” has raised OVER $715,000!
