Celebrating its 20th Season, Frog & Peach Theatre Company is currently presenting William Shakespeare's most deranged tragedy TITUS ANDRONICUS starring TV and Broadway actor Greg Mullavey (TV: Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman, Nickelodeon's iCarly; Broadway: Romantic Comedy opposite Mia Farrow, Neil Simon's Rumors; and The Soap Myth with Roundabout Theater Company). The production runs through November 2 at The West End Theatre (263 W 86th St).

Syfy Sets 12 MONKEYS Premiere Date

Syfy's anticipated adventure thriller 12 Monkeys will make its series premiere on Friday, January 16 at 9pm ET/PT. Inspired by the classic blockbuster film, which commemorates its 20th anniversary next year, 12 Monkeys explores the provocative story of a time traveler from a decimated future in a high-stakes race against the clock. Utilizing a dangerous and untested method of time travel, he journeys from 2043 to the present day on a mission to locate and eradicate the source of a deadly plague that will all but annihilate the human race. The series is produced by Universal Cable Productions in association with Atlas Entertainment, producer of the original theatrical film.

Syfy's adventure thriller, 12 Monkeys will commence series production August 6 in Toronto, Canada. The season, consisting of 13 episodes, stars Aaron Stanford (as time-traveler Cole), Amanda Schull (Dr. Cassandra Railly), Kirk Acevedo (Ramse) and Noah Bean (Aaron Marker).

The celebrated, award-winning downtown film/theater cooperative The Paradise Factory will re-open following a 2-year, $4 million renovation with the world premiere of Tom Noonan's comedy the SHAPE of SOMETHING SQUASHED. Preview performances are February 17 and 18 prior to the official press opening February 26, 2014 at the new Paradise Factory venue, 64E4 (64 East 4th St.) in Manhattan. One of the highlights of the renovation is the addition of a new performance space, giving The Paradise Factory two performance spaces for the first time in its 30-year history.

Both are directed by Beth Skinner and feature live music composed and performed by Edward Herbst. Lighting design is by Bessie and Drama Desk-winner Paul Clay (RENT), and scenic design is by Obie Award-winner Jun Maeda. The three-week season runs tonight, October 18 through November 4 at La MaMa E.T.C., 74 East 4th Street, NYC.
